The document is a statement made by the Engineer to the Building Surveyor that all structural design works have been carried out in accordance with the Building Act 1993, the Building Regulations 2018, the NCC and the relevant Australian Standards.
AJ Consulting Engineers offers review and certification services for engineering reports produced by others. Provided that the report satisfies the minimum requirements to demonstrate that the Performance Requirements have been satisfied, a Regulation 126 design certificate will be issued.
